Kevin Lee: General Manager

Kevin oversees the company's strategic direction, facilitates the growth of the business and works actively with investors as we strive to reach the full potential of the industry's first and only seamlessly integrated PCI secure payment solution for web, mobile and back-office applications.

Most recently Kevin was the CEO of Skylight Financial Inc., a prepaid debit card company that he helped merge with the Netspend Corporation in 2008 to form Netspend Holdings.

Previously, he held President, COO and General Management positions with several financial services technology and payment companies including Certegy/FIS and The John H. Harland Company.

Kevin is an active participant in the Technology Association of Georgia's FinTech society, which promotes financial services technology organizations, education and capital investments. Kevin began his career with Accenture and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Chuck Wright: Technology

Chuck oversees all product development, PCI security and systems operations. He has over 19 years of IT infrastructure management experience providing technology leadership and vision to a wide spectrum of industries and companies including healthcare administrators, fortune 100 software manufactures such as Microsoft, Expedia, Northwestern Mutual, and the worldwide shipping company FedEx.

Malissa Ladd: Marketing

Malissa oversees the strategic marketing and creative development for CRE Secure. She brings over 20 years of marketing experience including brand development, marketing planning, customer experience design, media strategy, and creative development. She has experience in a multitude of retail environments and diverse industries with a niche in working with companies poised for high growth.

She has worked with companies such as: The Home Depot, Masco, Southern Foodservice Management, 3 Day Blinds, Craneware, Federated Department Stores and many other service, healthcare and technology companies.

Ladd holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the State University of New York at Albany—Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology.

Ian Juliano: Finance

Ian is responsible for the financial and administrative operations of the company through the ControlScan acquisition. Previously, Ian was SVP of Corporate Development at West Corporation, a communications technology conglomerate and VP of Strategic Development at Certegy (now FIS), a global payment processor.

As a consultant with Edgar, Dunn & Company and Price Waterhouse, Ian has advised a wide range of financial services companies, including First Data, Visa, MasterCard, NetSpend, Harland and FleetCor.

Ian has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Salvatore Iozzia: Founder

Salvatore serves as technical consultant for CRE Secure.While continuing to introduce innovation into e-commerce applications, he co-invented HTML Clone™ technology, which is the backbone of CRE Secure’s PCI compliant payment security service.

Salvatore has been a Web developer for more than 10 years and has contributed to the open source ecommerce community since 2001.
