Greg McGraw: President and Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Greg oversees all of the company's business units including the company’s newest product: CRE Secure, the first and only PCI-certified payment system that integrates with online stores’ existing shopping cart programs.

Greg is a technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years of operating, financial and M&A leadership. He has a successful track record as a C-level executive of both public and private technology companies.

Prior to Chain Reaction eCommerce, Greg served as a partner at TechCFO, where he helped many technology-based companies in the Southeast raise funding. Greg has also held senior leadership positions in IBM, Tie Communications, Convergent Communications, Telemate.Net Software, Cypress Communications and BroadRiver. In 2005, while CEO of Cypress Communications, Greg led the $80 million sale of the company to a $1 billion global private equity firm.

In 2004 and 2005, Greg was named one of the 50 Top Entrepreneurs in Atlanta by Catalyst Magazine. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Public Accounting from George Mason University. He’s also a member of the Atlanta CEO Council, the Technology Association of Georgia and is on the board of the Southeast Software Association.

Salvatore Iozzia: Co-Founder and Chief Visionary Officer

As “CVO,” Salvatore serves as both the technical and creative leader for CRE Commerce, the parent company of CRE Secure Payments.

Salvatore started CRE Commerce as an advertising-design firm that made the transition to online design and Web hosting in 2001. Specializing in osCommerce since the program’s inception, Salvatore helped grow CRE Commerce through involvement in the osCommerce community. Due to high demand, though, he and the CRE team created the CRE Loaded version of osCommerce’s open source shopping cart.

After several versions of the free CRE Loaded product, supported by the open source community, Salvatore successfully transitioned the product to a pay model with professional support. While continuing to introduce innovation into e-commerce applications, he co-invented HTML Clone™ technology, which gives online retailers a payment system that automatically evolves to mirror their own sites’ look and feel. HTML Clone’s patent-pending technology is the backbone of CRE Secure Payments PCI compliant payment security service.

Salvatore has been a Web developer for more than 10 years and has contributed to the open source ecommerce community since 2001.

Michael Fuller: Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Michael handles the day-to-day operations of Chain Reaction eCommerce and its two flagship products, CRE Secure and CRE Loaded.

Michael has more than 25 years of business experience in marketing, sales, finance and product development. Most recently, Michael served as Vice President of U.S. Operations for Nurun, a global interactive marketing agency. Prior to Nurun, Michael held roles as Director of Operations for Moxie Interactive, and Director of Product Development at America Online. Michael is also a founding member of AutoTrader.com, where he served as Senior Vice President of Product Development, and was Apple.com’s first interactive marketing trailblazer.

In addition to his marketing experience, Michael has worked as a line producer for numerous movie studios, including Universal Pictures and Columbia Pictures Television. He has served high-level roles in several hit movies, including Production Manager in Thailand for Rambo III.

Michael earned a BA in Earth Sciences from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He’s also a member of the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association.

Scott Logsdon: Software Development Manager

Scott Logsdon (datazen) joined the CRE Team in 2005 and is leading the development of CRE Loaded as the Software Development Manager.

Motivated, determined, and packed with 25+ years of industry experience, Scott knows what it takes to lead the continual refining of our software development process and our standards in software design.

On top of his development experience, Scott previously owned and operated a successful hosting business for more than a decade and is in tune with today's extremely competitive online business environment.

Mr. Logsdon is an honorably discharged veteran and proud father of one daughter, Marissa. Previous positions include Chief Designer/Analyst for Perfecto Manufacturing of Indiana and Programmer Analyst for SourceMate Information Systems of California.

Steve Antczak: National Director of Sales

As sales director, Steve works with customers to make sure they get the version of CRE Loaded and CRE Secure that best suits their needs.

Steve has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the software, media and industrial technology industries. Prior to Chain Reaction eCommerce, Steve was VP of Sales and Marketing at Atlanta-based Digital HardHat, a virtual reality company that served the construction industry. He also ran his own sales and marketing company, which served Web designers, animators and digital sound engineers.

Steve has a personal understanding of the retail industry, having spent many years running his own publishing firm.
