Helpful hints for ACTIVE CRE Secure customers

 

  • If your profile was ACTIVE but is now PENDING, please contact support@cresecure.com or come to LIVE CHAT. 
  • If you are getting an invoice but you are not sure why, please email customer.service@cresecure.com
  • All customers are invoiced for monthly services for the service we provide for PCI compliance to your online shopping cart.  Even if you do not have any monthly sales or transactions, you are still billed by CRE Secure for the availability of CRE Secure service to your store. 
  • CRE Secure is not a payment gateway.  Your gateway is your merchant provider like authorize.net or payleap.  Those fees are separate from CRE Secure.
