Excellent Customer Support and Service!

After deciding to revamp our webstore we looked for a payments platform. After reading about PCI compliance and the consequences of not being PCI compliant we decided to use CRE Secure as it seemed like an easy and secure route to PCI Compliance all at a good price. After we set up a CRE Secure account we found our store was not connecting to CRE Secure properly. After contacting CRE Secure's support team describing the problem we were replied to in just under an hour. Within two hours of us finding the problem the support team had completely fixed the problem. We were astounded as there are very few companies who get back to the customer so quick and actually fix the problem instead of giving the customer lists of things to try which 'may' fix the problem. Then just over a week later we received an email asking if we had anything else we could use help with. I know very few companies which take such a proactive approach to customer support. The sales representative then found a inactive profile which had been created by mistake and removed it for us. I know very few companies who are actually proactive when it comes to customer support and try to make life easier for the customer but I can gladly say CRE Secure is one of them.
